§ 7:31 — Employees
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision Director of Charitable Trusts
Subject to the state personnel regulations, and within the limits of available funds, the attorney general may employ and fix the compensation of such employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subdivision.
