§ 7:3 — Authority

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision The Attorney General
The deputy attorney general shall act as attorney general whenever the latter is absent or unable to act from any cause, or whenever there is a vacancy in the office, provided he shall not so act when the governor and council have appointed an acting attorney general in accordance with the provisions of RSA 7:15.
