§ 651:57 — Review Division
New Hampshire·Title LXII CRIMINAL CODE·Ch. 651 SENTENCES·Subdivision Review of State Prison Sentences
The chief justice of the superior court shall appoint 3 superior court justices, senior justices, or retired superior court justices to constitute a board of 3 members to act as a review division of the court and shall designate one of these judges as division chairman. The term shall be for 3 years. The division shall meet at the times and places as its business requires, as determined by the chairman. The decision of 2 members is sufficient to determine any matter before the review division. No member may sit or act on a review of a sentence imposed by him. If the review to be acted on by the division is a review of a sentence imposed by a member serving on the review division or if it is inexpedient for a member to attend at the time for which a meeting is called, the division chairman
