§ 622:47 — Medical Records
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 622 THE STATE PRISONS·Subdivision Secure Psychiatric Unit
Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 329:26 and RSA 330-A:32, medical and mental health records concerning current patients shall be exchanged between other state medical and mental health facilities and the unit to facilitate treatment.
