§ 622:10 — United States Prisoners
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 622 THE STATE PRISONS·Subdivision General Provisions
The commissioner of corrections shall receive all convicts sentenced to confinement to hard labor by any court of the United States within this state who may be delivered to him by the marshal of the district or his deputy, and shall safely keep such convicts until discharged by due course of the laws of the United States.
