Text
The secretary shall immediately notify the commissioner of corrections thereof, in writing, with the day on which the copy was filed. If the execution shall remain unsatisfied for the space of 90 days after such notification, the commissioner of corrections shall be removed from his office, and execution may then issue against him in common form.
