§ 622:37 — Cost
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 622 THE STATE PRISONS·Subdivision Care and Custody of Female Convicts
The cost of maintenance of convicts transferred pursuant to this subdivision and the expenses incident to their transfer shall be payable out of the funds provided for the maintenance of the state prisons.
