§ 622:23 — Religious Preferences
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 622 THE STATE PRISONS·Subdivision General Provisions
The inmates shall have freedom of religious belief and freedom to worship God according to the dictates of their consciences, but this shall not permit anything inconsistent with proper discipline and management or any expense beyond that made under RSA 622:22.
