§ 568:5 — Rules of Practice
New Hampshire·Title LVII INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR CREDITORS·Ch. 568 INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision General Provisions
The judges of probate, or a majority of them, may make rules not repugnant to law for regulating the practice and conducting the business of the court in insolvency proceedings, subject to approval, alteration and amendment by the supreme court.
