§ 568:22 — Proof by Surety
New Hampshire·Title LVII INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR CREDITORS·Ch. 568 INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision Proof of Claims
Whenever a creditor whose claim is secured by the individual undertaking of any person other than the debtor fails to prove the claim, such person may prove the same in the name of the creditor.
