§ 568:13 — Delivery to Assignee
New Hampshire·Title LVII INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR CREDITORS·Ch. 568 INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision General Provisions
Whenever an assignee has been appointed and qualified, the messenger shall deliver to him all property, books and papers in his possession belonging to the estate, and shall file in the register's office his account, under oath, and settle the same with the judge, with or without notice, as the judge may direct.
