§ 568:2 — Records
New Hampshire·Title LVII INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR CREDITORS·Ch. 568 INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision General Provisions
All assignments, agreements for composition and certificates of discharge shall be recorded in full. All other papers shall be numbered, filed and kept in the register's office as records of the proceedings.
