§ 568:33 — Dividends
New Hampshire·Title LVII INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR CREDITORS·Ch. 568 INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision Accounts, Priorities, and Dividends
Within 8 months from the beginning of the proceedings, the judge shall order that portion of the estate not required to pay claims entitled to priority, or such part thereof as he deems fit, to be divided among all the creditors whose claims have been allowed and who are not entitled to priority, in proportion to their respective claims. Further dividends shall be made as the occasion requires.
