§ 547:16 — Compensation of Judge Acting for Another
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547 JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION·Subdivision Disqualifications and Vacancies
Such judge shall be allowed the same per diem compensation as is generally allowed to masters by the superior court plus his reasonable expenses, which shall be paid by the state.
