New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547 JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION·Subdivision Disqualifications and Vacancies
He shall not make or draft a will for any other person, and all wills so made or drawn after July 16, 1864, shall be void.
