Text
Any person, firm, association or corporation which suffers damages as a result of a competitive bid for a project involving the construction, repair, remodeling, alteration, conversion, modernization, improvement, rehabilitation, replacement, or renovation of a building or structure not being awarded due to another person, firm, association or corporation knowingly violating RSA 281-A:5 of the workers' compensation law may bring an action for damages or other relief in the superior court against said violator.
