§ 473:21 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XLVII BOUNDARIES, FENCES AND COMMON FIELDS·Ch. 473 DIVISION FENCES AND THEIR MAINTENANCE·Subdivision Procedure Before Fence-Viewers, and Their Fees
Any fence-viewer neglecting without sufficient cause to attend and perform any official duty shall be guilty of a violation.
