§ 473:19 — Decision Conclusive
New Hampshire·Title XLVII BOUNDARIES, FENCES AND COMMON FIELDS·Ch. 473 DIVISION FENCES AND THEIR MAINTENANCE·Subdivision Procedure Before Fence-Viewers, and Their Fees
The decision of the fence-viewers, upon their being sworn that they have acted impartially, uprightly and to the best of their judgment, shall be final and conclusive upon the parties.
