§ 473:16 — Who Deemed Owner
New Hampshire·Title XLVII BOUNDARIES, FENCES AND COMMON FIELDS·Ch. 473 DIVISION FENCES AND THEIR MAINTENANCE
The actual occupant of land shall be deemed the owner thereof for any of the purposes of this chapter.
