Text
No person shall transport live poultry which he has obtained from another from place to place along any public highway unless he has in his possession a bill of sale or other memorandum signed by the vendor, owner, or agent of the same, and containing the address of such vendor or owner, the date of sale or other transaction involving the transfer of possession, the breed, weight, price, and approximate number of live poultry obtained.
