§ 428:16 — Weighing
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 428 POULTRY AND POULTRY PRODUCTS·Subdivision Purchase and Sale of Poultry
Before any license or renewal thereof is issued under this subdivision, the applicant shall file with the commissioner a certificate from an inspector of weights and measures to the effect that the weights to be used in the business for buying and selling live poultry have been inspected and have been found correct or furnish the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food with a declaration to the effect that all poultry purchased by him will be weighed on scales properly sealed by the department.
