Text
The office of the governor shall post all executive orders issued by the governor on the governor's website in what shall be known as the executive order registry. The office shall post the orders to the executive order registry within 72 hours of issuance by the governor. Upon the governor's departure from office, the executive order registry shall be transferred to the secretary of state, division of archives and records management and shall continue to be available to the public on the state website.
