§ 4:12-cc — Executive Council Operations
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Bridges House Special Account
The governor and executive council may appoint an executive assistant who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and council, and shall perform such duties as the governor and council may determine. The executive assistant shall be an unclassified employee under RSA 94:1-a.
