§ 4:12-b — Appointment

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Bridges House Special Account
The governor shall appoint a director of the budget who shall hold office at the pleasure of the governor and until his successor is appointed and qualified. The governor shall fix the compensation of such director within the limits of the appropriation made therefor.
