§ 4:11 — Eligibility of Councilor to Other Office
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Bridges House Special Account
No member of the governor's council shall be eligible to appointment by the governor and council to any position of profit and emolument, except justice of the peace and notary public, during the term for which he was elected a councilor.
