§ 4:39 — Property, How Held

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Acquisition and Disposal of Real Estate
All real estate acquired under the provisions of this chapter shall be held by the state for the purposes for which it was acquired, until otherwise ordered by the legislature.
