§ 4:37 — Attorney General to Act
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Acquisition and Disposal of Real Estate
Any such takings and appropriations shall be prosecuted or defended on the part of the state by the attorney general under the advice of the governor and council.
