§ 4:28 — Summoning of Witnesses
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Pardons; Commutations; and Reprieves
The governor may summon or cause to be summoned witnesses to appear before the governor and council to testify at hearings before them, and may require such witnesses to bring with them and produce at such hearings any books, papers or other memoranda or documents.
