Text
The governor and council, for the purposes aforesaid, are empowered to take and appropriate any such real estate for the use of the state in accordance with RSA 498-A; provided, however, that 60 days before a taking in the city of Concord or the Concord region, the governor shall provide written notice of such proposed taking to the state-capitol-region planning commission.
