New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339-C REGULATION OF GASOLINE FRANCHISES·Subdivision Sale, Transfer or Assignment of a Franchise
No agreement between a dealer and a supplier shall require a dealer to keep his retail service station open for business any specified number of hours per day or any specified number of days per week.
