§ 339-C:17 — Account Required of Successor
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339-C REGULATION OF GASOLINE FRANCHISES·Subdivision Continuation of a Franchise
If a successor assumes a franchise and there has been no intervening operation of the franchise by the supplier, the successor shall account to the heirs or estate of the dealer for the value of and for the disposition of personal property of the dealer located at or related to the franchise.
