§ 339-C:18 — Time Within Which Performance is Required
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339-C REGULATION OF GASOLINE FRANCHISES·Subdivision Continuation of a Franchise
All actions to be performed by a supplier or by a successor shall be performed within a reasonable time unless otherwise specifically provided in this subdivision.
