Text

Any motor vehicle carrying special number plates issued to paraplegic, amputee or blind war veterans pursuant to RSA 261:86 and 87, and any motor vehicle used for a purpose, or by a person, designated by a city council or town meeting, shall be allowed free parking time in any city or town so long as said motor vehicle is under the direct control of the owner. The provisions of this section shall apply to a veteran who suffers a disability incurred in or aggravated by such service, upon satisfactory proof that the veteran has been evaluated by the United States department of veterans affairs to be permanently and totally disabled from such service connected disability.
