Text
Any person who shall drive or permit, allow or cause to be driven, any vehicle designed or constructed by the manufacturer exclusively for the transportation of goods, materials, commodities, freight, or merchandise, for the purpose of carrying passengers for a consideration, express or implied, shall be guilty of a violation.
