New Hampshire Statutes
§ 265:105 — Use of Amateur or Citizen Band Radio
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall be lawful for any person to use an amateur or citizen band radio, radio telephone, radio telegraph equipment or any other electronic receiving device while driving a vehicle upon a way.
