§ 265:32 — Vehicle Entering Way From Private Road or Driveway
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 265 RULES OF THE ROAD·Subdivision Overtaking and Passing, Highway Markings, Right of Way
The driver of a vehicle about to enter or cross a way from a private road or driveway shall yield the right of way to all vehicles approaching on said way.
