Text
Parking lights shall be displayed by all vehicles parked wholly or partially on a way, from 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise, and at other times whenever rain, snow, or fog shall interfere with clear vision, unless said vehicles are plainly visible because of street or other lights.
