§ 265:2 — Required Obedience to Traffic Laws; Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 265 RULES OF THE ROAD·Subdivision Obedience to and Effect of Traffic Laws
Unless otherwise declared in this chapter with respect to particular offenses, any person who commits any act forbidden or fails to perform any act required in this chapter shall be guilty of a violation.
