§ 248:7 — Apportionment
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 248 JOINT, CONNECTING, AND TERMINAL SERVICE·Subdivision Joint Rates
If the railroads affected thereby shall fail to agree upon the division or apportionment thereof, the department may prescribe the division of such joint rates, fares, charges and classifications between such railroads and may revise any division agreed upon which shall be found inconsistent with the public interest.
