Text
Whenever, after hearing and investigation, the department shall find any joint rate, fare, charge or price demanded and collected for any existing joint service participated in by 2 or more railroads to be unjust, unreasonable or discriminatory, it shall fix the same upon a just, reasonable and nondiscriminatory basis.
