§ 232:7 — Powers
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The person so appointed shall be sworn to act faithfully and impartially in the proceedings upon the petition, and shall have the powers and perform the duties of a county commissioner in relation thereto.
