§ 232:13 — Damages
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The commissioners shall assess the damages sustained by the owners of land or other property, as required of selectmen, and insert the same in their report, stating the damages in each town separately.
