§ 232:14 — Filing of Report; Notice of Hearing
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The commissioners shall file their report in court and thereupon the court shall set a date for hearing, and the commissioners shall cause notice thereof, together with a copy of the report by them certified, to be given to the clerk of each town at least 14 days before the date set for hearing.
