§ 232:16 — Notice; Hearing
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Laying Out Highways
The commissioners shall give to such other town notice of the time and place of hearing upon the original petition, and of the substance of the petition relative to the expense, at least 14 days before the hearing, and shall hear such other town, if it appears, upon the question of laying out the highway, and of their contributing to the expense.
