§ 232:45 — Levy
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Making and Repairing Highways Not in Any Town
The officer shall levy such extent, advertise the sale by publication and sell so much of the land by auction as may be necessary, in the manner lands are required to be sold for nonresident taxes.
