§ 232:29 — Suit
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 232 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Payment of Damages and Costs of Layout
In cases where execution may not be issued by the superior court for damages on account of a highway, the person entitled thereto may recover the same, with interest, by action of debt, if not paid in 30 days after demand.
