New Hampshire Statutes
§ 230:54 — Penalty and Liability
Any person violating the provisions of the regulations posted under RSA 230:53 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. Any person shall be liable for all damage occasioned thereby.
