§ 230:1 — Class I Trunk Line Highways
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 230 STATE HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Duty to Construct and Maintain Highways
The department of transportation shall assume full control and pay the costs of construction, reconstruction and maintenance of all class I highways, including bridges thereon.
