Text

The governor with the advice of the council, or the commission appointed by the governor with advice of the council, at least 14 days previous to a public hearing as provided in RSA 230:19, shall cause notice in writing of the time and place of hearing appointed by them, together with a description of the proposed location, to be given to each owner of land or other property over which such highway may pass, and to the clerk of any city or town in which such highway or alteration may be laid out. Other meetings shall be noticed in accordance with RSA 91-A.
