§ 230:4 — Unimproved Portions
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 230 STATE HIGHWAYS·Subdivision Duty to Construct and Maintain Highways
All other class II highways shall be maintained by the city or town in which they are located, and may be improved to the satisfaction of the commissioner of transportation with the use of state aid funds.
